Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities and content that are prohibited on Senova ("the Service"). It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you do with the Service, including the prompts you submit, the applications you build, and the content those applications host or distribute. Violating this AUP may result in content removal, suspension, or termination, and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement.

1. Illegal & Harmful Activity

You may not use the Service to create, host, or distribute anything that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Facilitates fraud, scams, pyramid schemes, or money laundering.
• Sells or distributes illegal or regulated goods (e.g., illegal drugs, weapons, or counterfeit items) without authorization.
• Exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors. Child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited and will be reported.

2. Malware & Security Abuse

You may not use the Service to develop, host, or distribute:

• Malware, ransomware, spyware, worms, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Phishing pages, credential harvesters, or sites impersonating others to deceive users.
• Tools designed for unauthorized access, botnets, denial-of-service attacks, or circumventing security controls.
• Cryptomining that runs without the clear, informed consent of the device owner.

3. Hateful, Harassing & Violent Content

You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• Promotes hatred, harassment, or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or similar protected characteristics.
• Threatens, bullies, or incites harm toward any individual or group.
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or self-harm.

4. Deceptive & Abusive Practices

• No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive marketing.
• No impersonation of Senova, other people, or organizations.
• No disinformation designed to deceive, manipulate elections, or defraud.
• No non-consensual intimate imagery or content that violates others' privacy.

5. Intellectual-Property Infringement

You may not use the Service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, see our DMCA Policy.

6. Platform Integrity

You may not:

• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent usage limits, credit metering, rate limits, or access controls.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract the Service beyond documented APIs.

7. Responsible Use of AI

Do not use the Service's AI capabilities to generate content that violates this AUP, to produce deceptive deepfakes, or to attempt to extract another party's confidential data. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated output before use.

8. Reporting Violations

To report content or activity that violates this AUP, email [email protected] with the URL or project details and a description of the issue. We investigate reports and take action at our discretion.

9. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. We may act with or without notice depending on the severity and legal requirements.
